An annual eye exam is one of the most important diagnostic and preventative measure you can take to protect your vision and eye health. At Marzec Eye Care, Inc. we believe your eye health is priority, so we take the time to get to know you, your eye care history and your vision needs. Payment Policy

Routine services are provided and billed by Marzec Eye Care, Inc. Our location participates in most major vision insurance plans in the region.

​If your plan is not accepted at our office, we will be unable to file a claim on your behalf. However, we can provide you with all documentation needed for you to submit to your insurance company for a possible reimbursement on your own.

Please be aware that with any insurance plan, there may be deductibles and co-payments for which you will be responsible for the day services are rendered.

FAQ's

Can I just get a contact lens exam?

The contact lens exam is an extra exam after the routine eye exam is done.

Will I get a pair of contact lens the day of my exam?

​

The contact lens exam will provide a glasses and contact lens prescription, along with a trial pair of contact lens the day of, if available.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept payment in cash and credit cards. We do not accept checks.

Do you sell contact lenses in the office?

​

No we do not, but you can take your prescription any place.
